Mission:

Our mission is to feed, clothe, empower and advocate for families in need throughout our community, demonstrating to them the love of God.

In 2023 we provided assistance to 65,055 families plus 30,419 children via schools and summer feeding sites, 3,763,275 lbs of food provided.

• The poverty rate in the Waco area is twice the national average.
• We are actively looking for ways to serve / feed our community.
• Last year food was provided to 32,749 families via mobile food distributions
• We served an additional 6,448 families via our Bellmead Pantry.
• 21,733 deliveries of groceries were delivered to seniors.
• 4,125 families were served via pantries at 2 Waco Family Medical clinics.
• 30,419 children received food via pantries in 5 schools.

Volunteer Opportunities:

• All ages welcome, children under 14 must have parent or guardian on site
• Large groups of volunteers encouraged to reach out to volunteer coordinator

Volunteer With Us

• Food Pantry Mon-Fri 8am-1pm
  • Package items and organize donations
• Delivieries Mon-Fri 9am - 2pm
  • Pick up donations and help us make deliveries to seniors
• Things from the Heart  - Store 10am - 6pm 
  • Help sort donations and stock shelves
• Mobile Distributions Tues/Thurs 2:30-4pm and Fri/Sat 9:30-11am
  • Pick out orders and load vehicles awaiting their groceries
